For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: essential oils, room sprays, and any product where the seal has been broken — unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aranomahome.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
Email info@aranomahome.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear.
